The Installation

After acclaimed live performances at festivals worldwide, the bomb has been reimagined as a museum installation.

Inspired by the claustrophobia of missile silos and command centers, the installation immerses you in a visceral experience of the nuclear threat. The one-hour film is displayed on forty-five screens that surround the viewer, as the score by The Acid plays from multiple speakers.

The museum-version of the bomb made its debut at Pioneer Works, an art space in Brooklyn, where it was installed for seven weeks during the spring of 2021.

“The exhibition of the bomb at Pioneer Works was a remarkable experience. Its importance is undeniable, evident in the profound engagement it garnered.”

—Gabriel Florenz, Founding Artistic Director, Pioneer Works
